Thank you to everyone who attended our 2nd Annual Auction in December!
We built on the success of last year & this year’s event gave us more motivation for next year (December 7th, 2019). The auction was a huge success and only possible with the immense support of our community & local businesses.
To mention just a few, Olive Garden donated a spaghetti dinner & sides, an Oregon Coast getaway donated by Rick and Joyce Speight, nights of entertainment donated by the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the Britt Festival and more!
The Association’s Board put in countless hours preparing for the event & received lots of help from community members on the day as well. Students from PHS Leadership and FFA pitched in to make sure things went smoothly during the event.
This year we hosted silent & live auctions and around 200 guests participated. Special thanks to our biggest donors of the night: Brent Barry, Bob Stapp, Dawn Watson, Debbie & Jim Acord, James Cox, Ron & Sharon Williams, and Tom Johnston.
Guest were seated at tables pre-sold to groups & families. Those purchasing a table had the option to bring decorations and dessert or have it provided by the alumni. We saw some great festive creations that night!
